Jason Long, Founder and Master Electrician of Long Electric in Frederick, MD, started his electrical career at 17 years of age. He obtained his Master Electrical License – amongst many other specialties – in the greater Washington DC area.
Over the years, he has garnered recognition through his specialized license and top honors from collaborating in custom building and remodeling competitions. Today, he continues to work closely with renowned high-end general contractors in the area.

No, the yellow light is an annual reminder to get your generator serviced. We offer a maintenance program to take the worry from you.

Do you do home inspection electrical repairs?
Yes, share the report with us and we can go from there.
How long does it take for a Tesla install?
First, call for a free estimate and usually we can schedule your installation within 3-4 weeks.
Why does my generator run once a week?
Your generator is programmed to “exercise” once weekly, to ensure it is fully operational. It will exercise the same time every week so be sure to pay attention.
